Harp at Scottsdale Resort
Harp at Scottsdale Resort
I love playing my harp at Scottsdale resort!!!
Scottsdale Arizona is a mecca for international travelers who wish to experience something quite different than what they see everyday. The Sonoran desert is something beautiful to behold, and Scottsdale is all about seeing it in luxury. With more than 20 resorts in Scottsdale alone, there are plenty of options, and the Scottsdale Resort is a great option! With a recent remodel, the nicely located Scottsdale Resort offers access to most of Scottsdale within only a few minutes. Their staff is very helpful and the amenities are nicely appointed.
I’ve had the opportunity to play harp here on many occasions, and the staff has always been most helpful, even to a “contractor” like me. Kayla does a great job of coordinating weddings and she has an eye for detail. I even had the wonderful opportunity to play harp at her wedding a while back.
Today, it was Matt’s and Laura’s turn! With a recently remodeled outdoor setting perfect for ceremonies, I set up on the southeast corner of the lawn and worked with Matthew the DJ with Starz Entertainment who provided amplification for me. I often will bring my own set up for sound, but it’s always nice when I can plug into another’s system.
On a side note, with outside weddings, I always recommend having amplification for wedding parties of 30 or more. With the ambient noises and the larger spaces, it’s easy for the sound to be lost which nullifies the purpose for having music or speaking at event.
Matt and Laura are a beautiful couple! May they grow to love one another more every day.
