Paradise Valley Harpist – Sanctuary Resort
Paradise Valley Harpist
I love playing the harp at the Sanctuary Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ!
Gorgeous doesn’t begin to describe the serene refuge nestled against the north side of Camelback Mountain. Stunning doesn’t adequately portray the scenic nature of this wedding spot. Lavish… Opulent… Contemporary… now we’re just beginning to get a glimpse of how wonderful this place is.
I’ve been the harpist here on dozens and dozens of occasions, but I count it an honor each time I’m asked to come back. Today was no exception, especially since I was afforded the opportunity to play in Casa #7. Soooooo cool!
I was given the privilege of working with Stacy from R Entertainment for Brian and Stephanie’s wedding. Casa #7—an intimate 6,000 square foot home owned and operated by the Sanctuary offers beautiful views with a wonderfully luxurious appointments. Add a pool (and an iPhone camera) and you have the makings of a great video of Stephanie pushing Brian into the pool… tux and all. They were such a fun couple!
In front of an intimate-sized wedding party, family and friends, I played the bridal march, but after that I had the rare opportunity of playing whatever I wanted on the harp. Can I tell you how much fun that is for me? Sweet Child of Mine (G & R), Bittersweet Symphony (The Verve), Storybook Love (from the Princess Bride), Nothing Else Matters (Metallica), and Photograph (Ed Sheeran) all on the harp! Such a blast!
